About Us
What started out as a learning venture, quickly became a business! We saw a need. While taking an internet class about building websites, we heard a lot of our classmates express their concerns about not having the necessary spelling and grammatical knowledge to design a professional looking website. "While you look at this, keep in mind that I'm not the best speller in the world..." was the beginning of many requests for input on various works in progress. We understood the problem. People build websites to showcase a wide variety of interests; small business, hobbies, and family gathering places are common themes. With so much to accomplish, and only so much time to spare, spending hours poring over a complicated document can be frustrating and counter productive. However, they still want their sites to look as polished and professional as possible. We decided to fill the niche. Fiscan is a two person team combining strengths to help you bring your dream to life. Aubri's organizational skills combined with Lori's strong business background and extensive knowledge of the English language, along with our ability to read and understand html code, come together to bring you the experience that you need. | The Plain Truth
The following are actual quotes, by real people, just like you: "I won't go near a website that looks like it was put together by an amature." -K.C. "You really need to make sure to let people know that this is a unique service, and they'll have a hard time finding anyone else who does this!" -Laurie Crouse, Photographer, California "Fantastic idea!" -Meena Bhayani, Web and Flash Designer "You certainly have a unique idea for a service here." -Tony Spuria, Retired Software Engineer, Maryland
